Risk Expert / Construction Manager – LRT Jakarta Phase 1B Project

Position: Risk Expert (also serving as Construction Manager)

Oriental Consultants Global (OCG) is leading the construction management for the LRT Jakarta Phase 1B project, a major infrastructure initiative to enhance public transportation in Indonesia’s capital. We are seeking a qualified Risk Expert / Construction Manager to join our international project team and support the ongoing development until project completion in August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Project Control Manager to review, evaluate, and supervise contractor works in line with the project’s Risk Management Plan.
Provide professional input, recommendations, and oversight to ensure effective risk control and mitigation across all construction activities.
Support and monitor project execution to ensure compliance with schedule, safety, quality, and cost objectives.
Lead and coordinate construction management tasks, particularly in elevated railway environments.
Prepare and present periodic reports on risk status, mitigation actions, and progress updates to project stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Railway Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in railway projects.
Minimum 10 years of total experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience in elevated railway construction management is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Risk Management in large-scale infrastructure projects.
Registration equivalent to Tenaga Ahli Utama (Senior Expert level) preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
